India joins the list of winners! India joins the list of winners!
Ogden (USA) - Friday, July 10, 2009
Today was the last day in Ogden with the individual final matches. The cadets shot in the morning. The Indian Deepika KUMARI won the recurve women title, while KIM Joo-Wan (KOR) was crowned for the boys. It was another double for USA in compound with Alexander SAHI and Paige PEARCE. The latter even broke the world record on the way!

The second day of qualifications also determined exceptionally the final ranking of the team competitions. Italy won gold on the men’s side and Sweden was crown again in the women categories. Then for individuals, the top 16 of each category qualified for the eliminations tomorrow.
