However, to participate in any interactive features including, but no limited to contests, forums, games, download any Content, receive information from WA such as mobile alerts, newsletters or email regarding news, results, WA products, and partners offers (Social services), you must register and provide accurate information about yourself to the Web site, as the Services may not work properly without such information.
When using the Social services, we may ask you to provide all or some of the following information: your name, your address (including city, state/province, country and zip/postal code, your email address, your telephone numbers, your date of birth, your gender ("Personal Information"). We may also ask you to provide your thoughts or answer some questions about your favourite WA events, personalities, and other subjects of interest to archery fans. WA believes that archery fans will appreciate receiving information regarding WA events and players. However, WA respects the right of each fan to decide whether to receive such information.
2. AGGREGATED INFORMATION
To evaluate the website and ensure that we are providing Content and Services of interest to you, we may collect and store statistical information regarding how you use the website, the name of your Internet Service Provider, the website that referred you to the website, and the time and date you view the website. We may also use Personal Information to develop demographic information regarding website users. Such aggregated information will not identify you personally. We may share this aggregated, statistical information with our partners, sponsors, affiliates, and other third-parties.

Any World Archery social media contest is may be sponsored. Contests governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by a Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.
The Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
The contest begins at the time specified in posting. (“Contest Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. World Archery reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter a World Archer social media contest through the participating World Archery social media pages. Entrants must complete out all required actions to participate in the contest. After submitting the required information, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into any one drawing.
You may enter as many times as you wish.
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will gathered into a database at the end of the Contest Period. A winner will be chosen at random.
The winners will be selected at random within one week after the end of the Contest Period and contacted for instructions to receive their prize(s). If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by World Archery (or Sponsor) within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend contests, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that contests cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of contests. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING WORLD ARCHERY CONTESTS, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN CONTESTS AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. The safety of children, both online and off line, is important to WA and all of its members. So, if you are under the age of 13, please ask your parents to look at this page with you before you submit any information to the WA website.

This website is a general audience website. We do not knowingly collect and/or share Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen on the website. However, your child cannot use some of the interactive features or Services of the website, such as the Contest or Message Features, without providing Personal Information. We therefore recommend using the website with your child if he or she is interested in participating in an interactive feature of the site.
If, in the future, WA collects Personal Information from children, it will do so in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.
