Judges training held in Niger

Judges training held in Niger

Lausanne - Thursday, September 05, 2013

A judges’ course took place from 27 to 31 august 2013 in Niamey, Niger. This training was organised on the occasion of the International West African Archery Tournament (TIZOCATA) in order to further develop the skills of judges coming from Cameroon, Benin and Niger.

The 5-day course was conducted by the International Judge Joris PAULOS (IND). Theoretical and practical sessions were given to the participants who were able to put some exercises into practice.

The course was overall a great success and it is important to continue to provide such educational courses in order to further develop archery in this part of the world.
